I have known Dr. Stevens in a professional capacity for over 3 years and I would not hesitate to recommend her as an expert in redundancies and strategic HR. She is able to transfer her skills and knowledge to any industry and demonstrated this when she joined the HR academic team at Liverpool John Moores University. Maddy draws upon her knowledge and experience to support the business school at both undergraduate and post graduate  level, providing supervision for PhD and DBA candidates.  As a senior lecturer on the Masters’ HRM programme, Maddy never fails to engage, challenge and educate postgraduate students. She harnesses her significant senior HR leadership and operational practices to ignite students understanding and develop their critical analysis skills, relating to complex academic concepts and theories.
